Eagle and 150 days of painful

Eagle is the kind of birds who have the longest life in the world, it reach 70 years. But to reach that age, an Eagle must make a major decision at the age of 40.

When the age of 40 years, its claws become old, the beak become long and bent to almost touching its chest. Wings are very heavy because of the fur has grown heavy and thick, so difficult when flying.

At that time, it only has two choices: waiting for death or undergoing transformation process which is painful for 150 days.

When doing the transformation, it must strive to fly to the mountain top and then make a nest on the edge of the abyss, stop and stay there during the process.

First, it must peck its beak on the rock is until it separated from its mouth, and then wait for a new beak growth. With the beak which just grow, it must remove one by one of its claws and when its new claw has been growing, it will pluck it hairs one by one. It's a long and painful process.

5 months later, the new feathers grow completely. It began to fly again.

With the new beak and claws, it begin to undergo 30 years of its new life with full of energy ..!

In life, sometimes we also have to make a big decision to start something reform process.

Dare to remove the old habits which are binding and inherent strength, though it was something fun and make us complacent.

Only when we are ready to release the old burden, open ourselves to learning new things, we have the opportunity to develop our latent abilities, hone our skills fully and face the future with confidence.!
