I wonder, why currently many friends on Facebook were suddenly use cartoon character picture for profile facebook of them. After checking here and there, I realized that this trend turned out to have a specific purpose.
Facebook Cartoon Profile Pic trend has become viral on social networking sites and many users change their profile pictures into cartoon images of their childhood. The purpose of this latest trend in the Facebook is to support the fight to stop violence against children.
Email notifications and status updates from Facebook containing, "Change your profile picture into your favorite cartoon as a child. The goal is to create an invasion of childhood memories. Do it and pass it on! "
Looking at the Google trends and traffic Twitter, Facebook users enjoy the memories of the animated cartoons. No doubt 'cartoon from the 90's,' 'world bobby,' and 'muppet babies' dominate the Google search list.
